Our first blog page - Aaaarrrrggghhhh!!!

Whatdaya think?
Hopefully, I'll have something worth saying in the near future. Right now - Nada - Zip.
Or - maybe I just have too much to say. Hmmmnnn. I'm also feeling kind of anti technology right now. I even feel a certain disdain for this whole blogging thing. Web logs. Did anyone even hear the term "blog" two years ago? Who are the lame-ass media whores who decided to ram that term into the public consciousness?
Don't even get me started on text messages, cell phones or Ipods. The world is going to hell all around us but because we (they think of us as consumers)are constantly bombarded with this glut of worthless gizmos and techno toys, people are closing themselves off when they should be opening their eyes. In a more immediate context, I wonder how many accidents have been caused in the last year by some jack-ass who wasn't paying attention because he was sending an email on his blackberry and watching an episode of Lost on his video IPOD while also operating some overpriced, yuppie approved vehicle.
And, hey, when the hell did little kids spending time together playing start getting called a "play date"? Ugh.
By the way, when I was a kid, I never wore a helmet when I rode my bike. Didn't need one.
There is a whole lot more that angers me but I just don't have the time for it and it is negative energy. So I'll just shut up.
